Do I need to book an appointment in advance to visit the showroom or receive a consultation?
No, you are welcome to come in during our business hours to have a hands-on experience in our showroom. Come and bring your vision to life!
What is your delivery/pick-up policy?
Depending on the size and delivery location, a small fee may be applicable.
Do you offer setup of rented items?
Yes.
What is your payment policy?
25 percent deposit of rental cost; the remaining balance is due 10 days before delivery. We accept Cash, Check, MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
What is your cancellation policy?
The 25% security deposit of your invoice is non-refundable.
Tents: A 25% Fee will apply if your tent is cancelled . If you cancel 5 days or less prior to the delivery date, you will be charged 100% of the tent cost.
What is the final date for changes to my orders?
Depending on the service, the changes can be made up to three days prior to the event.
Specialty linens need to be finalized 10 days prior to the event.
